Trionix IT is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Female HR Executive to manage recruitment, people operations, and internal coordination for our remote team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and organizational skills, a structured approach to HR processes, and be comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for digital marketing and technical roles
- Handle onboarding, offboarding, and employee documentation
- Maintain employee records, HR policies, and internal guidelines
- Coordinate with team members and leadership on HR-related matters
- Support performance tracking, feedback cycles, and employee engagement
- Ensure structured and compliant HR processes in a remote setup
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven experience in HR, recruitment, or people management
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and responsibly in a remote environment
- Comfortable managing multiple roles and priorities
- Digital agency or remote-team experience is a plus
- Bangladeshi candidates preferred
